• Any disputes or issues related to an event must be addressed directly with the event organizer.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Program

In Short: If you opt in, we'll text you about events and updates you've asked to receive. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP.

Description of the Service. From time to time, we offer users the option to receive text messages (SMS) related to event registrations, reminders, updates, or notifications from It Is Written. This messaging program is optional and only sent to users who have opted in.

Consent to Receive Messages. By opting in — for example, by filling in the event registration form on our website and clicking the Reserve your seat button, you explicitly opt in to receive event updates, reminders, and related SMS notifications — you consent to receive text messages from us related to the purpose you signed up for. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase or event registration unless explicitly stated at the point of opt-in.

Message Frequency & Rates. You will receive up to 8 promotional and reminder messages prior to the event (at 30, 21, 14, 10, 7, 3, 1, and 0 days out), plus real-time schedule update reminders on the day of the event schedules as part of this program. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy of Your Information. Your mobile phone number and messaging consent records are used only to deliver the messages you've requested.
